01What kind of projects does Grupo CYS build?
Industrial, aerospace, commercial, residential, hospitality and high-rise work. In 30 years we have delivered more than 340 projects in 26 Mexican states, from build-to-suit facilities to luxury hotels and mixed-use towers.
02Where in Mexico do you work?
Across the country. We operate from five offices: headquarters in Monterrey and regional offices in Querétaro, Cabo San Lucas, Tijuana and Saltillo, so we can supervise work in any region.
03Can you handle the entire project, starting from design?
Yes. The group brings together four companies under one management team: CYS (construction), CSA (architecture and engineering), IMB (steel structures) and CSE (electromechanical engineering). One single point of responsibility for the whole project.
04What is your work process?
We follow four stages: assessment, engineering, construction and handover. We start by analyzing your project and visiting the site to prepare a technical and cost proposal aligned with your real budget.
05What do I need to request a proposal?
